Found Tehran at the end of a long walk today and couldnt remember the last time I had authentic Persian food so went inside. Ordered Cornish hen kebob as the main dish and AsheJoe soup beforehand. Both of them were freshly made, hot, and full of flavors, especially the soup. The owners a married couple were super friendly.
Family restaurant seems like its just the owner here. Very spiritual woman. Lots of books and Nick naks around. Only 4 tables on the inside. Best to order delivery or take out in my opinion. It was Thanksgiving and nothing was open. We decided to give this a try. It did not disappoint. The babba gonosh and dolmeh for appetizers was awesome. Had the kebab plate and it was really tasty and had decent portions. Owner was a lot of fun to talk to. Well worth a visit.
